Permits have been issued for the construction of a large mixed-use development at 4414 Chestnut Street in Spruce Hill, West Philadelphia. Designed by Wulff Architects, the structure will stand five stories tall and will feature commercial space on the ground floor. The second through fifth floors will house 40 residential units. The building will also include a green roof and 14 bicycle spaces. The building will cost an estimated $5.5 million to build.
