Permits have been filed for the demolition of a vacant three-story rowhouse at 4021 Haverford Avenue in Haverford North, West Philadelphia. The former single-family dwellig is located on the north side of the block between North 40th Street and North Preston Street. Mustafa Sencan is the listed owner.

The semi-detached structure has a dull-colored brick façade with windows on the front and on the side.

The 30 bus stops at the corner of Haverford Avenue and North Preston Avenue, which is less than half a block away from the property to the west. The 43 trolley stops at the corner of Lancaster Avenue and Haverford Avenue, located almost a block to the east. The 40th Street station on the Market-Frankford SEPTA line is located five blocks to the south of the property within a 10-minute walk. Three blocks to the north is the Belmont Charter School at 4030 Brown Street.
