Philadelphia YIMBY’s recent site visit has observed that construction work has reached the highest point at a multi-family building at 4211-13 Chestnut Street in University City, West Philadelphia. The structure now stands six stories tall and is on its way to house 100 residential units. The development will span 68,210 square feet and will feature a roof deck. Construction costs are listed at $4 million.
