The property information table lists a 1,352-square-foot lot, 1,008 square feet of building coverage, 344 square feet of open area, and a nine-foot-six-inch rear yard depth.
The building’s front façade will align with the adjacent property at 2933 North 13th Street and will be fronted by an open porch. The building permit also states that the project does not include underpinning nor façade work, or at least five feet of excavation.
