The project proposes to construct a three-story structure, yielding a total residential built-up area spanning 1,654 square feet. The building will offer a basement rising to a height of 7 feet along with a pilot house on the top floor. The permits also allow for new construction of a roof deck and a roof deck access structure. The building will rise to a height of 31 feet. No front setback has been proposed on the site, however, a rear yard spanning 8 feet will be designed. The site will have to be prepped with at least 5 feet of excavation before any construction work begins. No estimated construction timeline has been announced yet.
