Records show BMEN Development LLC as the property owner. Permits list BF Capital Developers LLC as the contractor. Anthony Maso Architecture & Design is responsible for the designs.
The scope of work includes the construction of a three-story attached structure to be used as a multi-family residence. The three-story will offer three residential units and yield a total built-up area spanning 3,442 square feet. The residential building will have a cellar, a roof deck, and a roof deck access structure.
Separate permits are required for the commercial space, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression work. The site is located near various industrial stops, grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. No estimated construction timeline has been announced yet.
