Philadelphia YIMBY’s recent site visit has observed that construction work is underway at a three-story single-family residence at 1433 South Fallon Street in Kingsessing, Southwest Philadelphia. The project site is located near the crossroads of South Fallon Street, Paschall Avenue, and Grays Ferry Avenue. Designed by JT Ran Expediting, the development will feature a three-story home with a basement, roof deck, and pilot house. Unitedpaintgroup LLC is listed as the contractor.

The same architect and contractor (see the last photo and YIMBY’s post from yesterday) are simultaneously constructing three homes on the 1400 block of S. Fallon St. Hope they keep going, for there’s enough vacant space for two dozen more.
