The site plan depicts a long, narrow attached building occupying most of the parcel, with open space placed at the rear. The elevations show a simple three-story massing with a basement level, rear deck structures, and a parapet rising to 35 feet, six inches.
The estimated construction timeline has not been revealed yet.
