City records show a building permit has been issued for a 67,000-square-foot mixed-use development with commercial space at the ground floor. Loft 63rd JV LLC is listed as the project owner, with KCA Design Associates responsible for the architectural design and Rock Construction and Dev, LLC as the contractor.

Renderings have been revealed for a mixed-use development located at 2031 North 63rd Street in Overbrook, West Philadelphia. The building will rise four floors, and will contain a commercial space at the ground floor. Above this, there will be 81 residential units on upper floors, with a green roof atop the building. A total of 24 parking spaces (one van accessible) and 27 bike spaces will also be included with the project. KCA Design Associates is the architectural firm behind the project.
