The structure will rise from a vacant lot sited on the west side of the block between Diamond Street and West Susquehanna Avenue. Designed by Plato Marinakos, Jr. of Plato Studio, the building will span 2,319 square feet and will feature a basement and a roof deck. Permits list the Gilad Bergerin as the contractor.
