The structure will replace two joined vacant lots located at the southwest side of the block between Fairmount Avenue and North 41st Street. The new building will span 3,552 square feet and feature a basement. The project team consists of Hong Da Development as the owner, Sky Design Studio, as the architect, and Hong Da Construction as the contractor.
