The permit calls for the construction of a three-story, wood-framed residential structure with three residential units spanning a total of 2,944 square feet. Documents list WPRE VI LP as the owner, WP Construction LLC as the contractor, and Jeremy Avellino as the design professional. The construction cost is estimated at $457,500.
The owner, contractor, and designer all match those listed on he permits for 746 North DeKalb Street, located two blocks to the northeast, which YIMBY covered in yesterday’s post.
The proposed project is located between Olive Street and Fairmount Avenue, a short walk from Lancaster Avenue, which offers a business and dining strip as well as access the route 10 trolley for commute to University City and Center City.
