Demolition permits have been filed for a two-story rowhouse at 1845 North Marston Street in the Cecil B. Moore neighborhood of North Philadelphia. The prewar structure, which is located between West Montgomery and West Berks streets, is a single-family dwelling that has sat vacant for at least a decade. The property is owned by Ro-Dash Props LLC.

The building spans a 588 square foot footprint and sits on the east side of the street, next to a pair of similarly styled rowhouses to the north and an extensive vacant lot to the south.

Two blocks west sits the Gideon Edward School located at 2817 West Glenwood Avenue that teaches elementary grades. The William D. Kelley Public School is located at 1601 North 28th Street two blocks to the south. The Athletic Recreation Center, which includes a baseball field and a playground, is situated two blocks further south. The closest bus station to the property is the Ridge Avenue and Glenwood Avenue line that serves lines 61, 49, 48, 7.
