The development will replace a large grass-covered lot with thick vegetation toward the rear. Permits classify the structure as attached, suggesting that it will extend to the lot line.
Lancaster Avenue is a vibrant corridor featuring many small businesses. The Crossroads Accelerated Academy, which educates children from kindergarten through sixth grade, sits two blocks east. The Lancaster Av. & Westminster Av. stop of the Lancaster Avenue trolley sits across from the site.
