Permits have been filed for the erection of a multi-family structure at 408 North Front Street in Northern Liberties, North Philadelphia. The building will rise from a 2,643-square-foot footprint on the west side of the block between Callowhill Street and Spring Garden Street. 1833 Realty LLC is the listed owner.

According to the documents, the building will be an attached structure with two roof access structures. The property is currently a vacant lot, and sits next to a recent development by Streamline Construction.

The Spring Garden Station of the Market-Frankford SEPTA line is located within a six-minute walk to the north. The 25 and 43 buses stop at the corner of Spring Garden Street and North Front Street two blocks to the north. Four blocks to the west is the Career and Academic Development Institute at 444 North 3rd Street. Three blocks to the south is the Benjamin Franklin Bridge, which is easily accessible from the Delaware Expressway just behind the property to the west.
