Permits have been issued for the construction of a three-story, four-unit residential building at 2117 North 7th Street in North Philadelphia East near Temple University. The development will replace a vacant located on the north side of the block between 7th Street and Diamond Street. Designed by 24 Seven Design Group Inc and developed by Deva Real Estate Development Inc, the building will span 1,238 square feet, and will feature a roof deck. Jacob Y Mott Trading Inc is the property owner. Permits list Christopher Johnson as the contractor and the cost of construction cost is $768,000.
The project site spans an area of 1,710 square feet. The three-story apartment building will rise to a height of 36 feet. The building will feature four dwelling units and a roof deck. Open landscaped area spanning 429 square feet will be developed on the site.
The Temple University campus sits within a five-minute walk to the west of the site. The Temple University regional rail station is situated within a nine-minute walk to the southwest.
