This project does not include the whole property — Oren Brothers are slicing off the 40% lower height and density-zoned section (permitting only a three- to four-story edifice) and developing only the corner at this time. In addition to ground-floor retail, there are 30 underground parking spots (10:3 units: spots).
Good day would you happen to know who the GC is? I have a triaxle dump truck business and would like to find out who the GC/ site contractor is. Thank you Katherine Zampitella Ladytriaxle Trucking
Was the GC ever found out? I work for a waste management company (Clean Earth) and I saw that large amount of soil under the tarp there, and I’d like to get into contact with the GC or trucking company to provide a place to dispose of that.
