No on-site parking is proposed.
Zoning approvals allow the project to proceed as an attached residential structure not exceeding 38 feet in height. The property is located within an RM-1 residential zoning district. Plans indicate a rear yard depth of approximately 26 feet 6 inches and a rear yard open area totaling roughly 514 square feet, meeting zoning requirements.
Architectural drawings depict a vertically stacked residential building organized around stair-only circulation. The front facade is composed of masonry and cladding materials, with regularly aligned window openings across all floors. A raised ground-floor entry is accessed by exterior steps from the sidewalk and incorporates a covered porch condition along the street-facing elevation. The roofline is capped by a parapet that conceals an occupiable roof deck and a pilot house used solely for stair access. Rear elevations illustrate basement egress elements and rear yard access consistent with zoning requirements.
