Last month, YIMBY shared construction photos of 2100 Hamilton, a ten-story, 27-unit condominium at 2100 Hamilton Street in Logan Square (alternately Baldwin Park or Franklintown). Designed by Cecil Baker + Partners and developed by the Bock Development Group, with Ernest Bock & Sons as the contractor, the glass-clad structure rises 125 square feet tall and spans 25,802 square feet, and offers its residents perks such as a fitness center, underground parking, and a half-acre roof. Floor-to-ceiling windows lend unobstructed views in many directions, while balconies allow for private outdoor space in most units. Permits list a construction cost of $30 million. Today we share more images of the development.
This is a well designed building, being built by a quality construction company. Too bad it looks out on the “trash architecture” going up around the cathedral.
Are you talking about the new glass building behind the cathedral? I like it there. It’s bland enough to accentuate the cathedral itself, and it hides the ugly brutalist building behind it. It should’ve been 3 stories taller though to completely hide the brutalist building behind it.
If I could afford 2.5 million or even 16 million for the pent house yup I absolutely would great job on these hope they find residency soon I watched this get build from the ground up being as though I’m a bus operator
This takes Philadelphia condominiums to a new level of sophistication and design detailing.
Bravo.
Beautiful pictures and what a view condo owners are getting! Well worth it to have it built!

Where will this actually be built? Looks like the terrace looks right onto the Rodin museum.
