Permits have been filed for the demolition of a vacant two-story single-family dwelling at 2350 North Woodstock Street in Stanton, North Philadelphia. The prewar rowhouse is located between West Dauphin Street and West York Street. The building will be torn down as part of the City of Philadelphia Demolition Program, with a cost of work of $13,777. The property is owned by Kennedy and 3 Assco. The contractor listed for the work is Pedro Palmer Construction Inc.

The building features a brick façade painted light gray, with arches over the first floor windows and door, all of which are now boarded up. As part of the work, stucco will be added to the to-be-exposed sides of 2352 and 2348 North Woodstock Street with sidewalk replaced in front of the property.

The 33 and 39 buses stop on West York Street are three short blocks to the west. Temple University is located within a 20-minute walk to the southeast.
