1741 Belfield Avenue Plan via Integrated Design Solution Group
Zoning drawings place the property within an RM-1 residential district. The site plan depicts a narrow infill parcel adjoining a vacant lot at 1743 Belfield Avenue and an existing three-story building at 1739 Belfield Avenue. The plan illustrates a residential building without a roof deck, with the rear yard providing outdoor open space. The proposed structure includes a rear yard enclosed by fencing and an ADA-compliant entrance ramp.

1741 Belfield Avenue Side Elevation via Integrated Design Solution Group
Elevations depict a three-story building with a brick street-facing façade and vertically aligned rectangular windows. The ground floor features an entrance alongside a window, while the upper floors each contain two windows. The rear elevation shows horizontal vinyl siding, paired windows on each floor, and an additional ground-level entrance. The drawings indicate a roof height of 28 feet and 11 inches above the average ground plane.
The project site is located near La Salle University and Wakefield Park. SEPTA’s Logan station, situated at Broad Street and Lindley Avenue, provides access to the Broad Street Line, with bus routes 16 and 41 serving the station. Wister station, on SEPTA’s Chestnut Hill East Regional Rail line, is also located nearby.
