Permits have been issued for the construction of an education facility at 7800 City Avenue in Overbrook Park, West Philadelphia. The project site is located on a parcel next to City Avenue Shopping Center. Permits list KS Engineers as the contractor. Suntop Design Group LDCI Engineers is responsible for the designs.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 7,702 square feet. The project proposal includes the construction of a new two-story building to be used as an educational facility. The facility will span an area of 29,701 square feet. The education facility will also have accessory assembly spaces and a parking lot. Separate permits are required for mechanical and fire suppression work.
The project has an allocated total construction cost of $10,311,000, with $10,200,000 for general construction. No renderings have been revealed yet. Both Township Line Road Station and Parkview station are located a few minutes away on foot.

What kind of an educational facility is being built?
What type of education institution is planned for the sight? My reason is to inject the governing body to ensure a working education system and not the same system that been introduced to our students, failing them. Give them a different perspective viewing them as the future and not the present that will eventually change in their future. What is “learned in elementary become the gifted wisdom” abrh
