The scope of work includes the construction of a four-story single-family residence that will yield a total built-up area spanning 2,484square feet. Separate permits are required for the commercial space, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression work. The project requires at least 5 feet of excavation and requires underpinning. Underpinning and excavation work has also been completed under a separate permit.
The site is located near various industrial stops, grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. No estimated construction timeline has been announced yet.
