Zoning and building permits have been issued for the construction of a new attached residential structure at 2204 North 11th Street in North Philadelphia. The project site is a vacant lot within the RM-1 zoning district and is approved for use as Residential Household Living-Two-Family. Fusa Designs is responsible for the designs. Ernest Boyd and Clara are listed as the property owners. Lynx Management Solutions LLC is identified as the contractor.

Building Permit was issued in February, 2026 for new construction of a three-story wood-frame attached structure on reinforced concrete footings and foundations, classified as Type V-B construction. The structure is designated as Group R-3 residential occupancy for one or two dwellings, with 2,421 square feet of new construction area and 720 square feet of earth disturbance.
