The front elevation shows a raised entry accessed by steps from the sidewalk, along with a small landing and railing. Window openings are vertically aligned across all levels. Section drawings indicate interior stair circulation connecting all levels. Site plans also show a rear yard accessed from the interior, along with an egress well at the below-grade level.
The project also involves approximately 918 square feet of earth disturbance and notes impacts on adjacent properties during construction.
