The zoning permit approves the erection of an attached building with a roof deck and roof deck access structure. The zoning documents place the property in the RM-1 zoning district and list the approved use as residential household living, single-family. Plans show a compact 700-square-foot parcel with a 14-foot lot width and a proposed 526-square-foot building footprint. The zoning table lists a 25-percent open area, a 12-foot-six-inch rear yard depth, 176 square feet of rear yard area, and a proposed building height of 36 feet to the roof.
