Designed by M Architects and developed by Stamm Development, with Tester Construction Group as the contractor, the building spans 44,625 square feet and will include features such as a fitness center, a garage, and full sprinkling. Permits list Bohler Engineering as the design professional and a construction cost of $8.25 million.
