The architect website offers the following project description:

“This project embodies our love of traditional styles with a modern twist. We designed this multi-family development with the intention of bringing a fresh, refined feel to the up-and-coming Roxborough neighborhood without compromising the area’s beloved historic look. The development’s classic brick facade pays homage to the surrounding architecture, while clean
lines and bold materials also make it a memorable contemporary addition to the neighborhood.

The beautifully integrated result features 50 high-end residential units, full amenities, ground-level parking, and an accessible roof terrace. Sleek gold trimmings accompany the dark brick exterior for a look that’s timeless and elegant, while 10-foot-tall bronze-framed windows add a distinctly modern feel. Inside, each apartment feels well-lit, airy, and spacious. Our innovative use of materials also shines in the inner courtyard, where multicolored metal shingles—reimagined as wall panels—create a stunning graphic façade.

Beside the street level entrance a semi-private sunken courtyard, outfitted with greenery and open seating, makes for an inviting transition space between the development and surrounding neighborhood—yet another way to experience the best of both worlds.”

Ground-level parking for how many cars??

  2. About 165k per unit. Not bad. Anyone have info on the unit mix and size?

  3. “…classic brick facade pays homage to the surrounding architecture.”
Well, let’s take inventory of that block between Fountain and Cinnaminson:
Red brick on a modern box building across the street.
Red brick on a twin next door that will probably succumb to the next development.
Tan brick on the police station and the tasteful development at Gorgas.
Maybe their grey brick is meant to pay homage to the stone used on everything else?
