A recent site visit has revealed that excavation is currently underway at a three-story, 50-unit mixed-use building at 5542-44 Ridge Avenue in Roxborough, Northwest Philadelphia. The building will span 45,500 square feet and feature commercial space on the ground floor as well as multiple roof decks. Construction costs are listed at $6.8 million.

The development is located on the west side of the block between Lemonte and Cinnaminson streets.
