While parts of Kensington have long held a questionable reputation at best, the amount of properties being proposed and constructed could lead to a dramatic neighborhood revival. The property sits in a district where single- and multi-family row homes are common. Many of the existing properties are in all different shapes and sizes, especially in height.
The property is located one block away from Norris Square Park.
