A permit has been issued for 1649 North 5th Street located in Norris Square. The building will feature three floors as well as three residential units. The project is located at the corner of North 5th Street and Cecil B. Moore Avenue.
Urban Renewal Builders LLC is listed as the contractor. Total construction costs for the project are estimated to be $400,000.
Norris Square has seen a large amount of new development in recent years and it is pleasing to see more density and investment take place in the neighborhood.
The project will be built on what appears to be a current lumber yard.
