Permits have been filed for 933 North American Street in Northern Liberties, North Philadelphia. Located a property away from the corner of North American Street and West Laurel Street, the document states that the newly proposed building will rise three stories above the ground and that the property is owned by Ellen Aguiar.
The site for this new proposal is currently occupied by a three-story brick-clad building with a gabled roof. When looking west from the new property, the future single family structure will be able to observe the two-acre Liberty Lands Park and the neighborhood from the roof deck. The property will also have a basement.
