The structure will replace a grass lot with a wooden fence. The future building will be attached to the south of a standalone structure. The property sits close to the intersection of North Orianna Street and West Berks Street. Elysium Investment Group is the listed owner.
The attached structure will rise from a 507-square-foot footprint and feature a roof deck and an associated access structure.
The surrounding area features many vacant lots, though it has the potential to support a higher population density with amenities such as nearby businesses and schools. Two city blocks to the west from the property is the large Cousin’s Supermarket located at 1900 North 5th Street. The McKinley William School sits two blocks to the north and a block to the west.
