Permits have been filed for the construction of a four-unit residential building at 5217 1/2 Warren Street in Hestonville, West Philadelphia. The property is located on the block between North 52nd Street and North 53rd Street. Permits have also been filed for the demolition of a single-story garage at the site. The building will span a 1,043-square-foot footprint. The property is owned by Paul Byers and Theresa Byers.
The new structure will not rise above 38 feet (not including the pilot house) and will feature a roof deck on the top. The roof deck will also have a roof deck access structure with a stairwell leading to the top.
The 10 trolley and the 52 bus stop within a one-block radius.
