The two-story structure is clad in red brick, with the front façade painted brighter red. A small stepped crown crown at the top of the structure adds subtle architectural flair to the otherwise nondescript building. The existing arched window frames will give the interiors a rustic, industrial feel.

Though little information is known about the project, the positive impact the development will have is obvious. The neighborhood of Harrowgate is experiencing an uptick of adaptive reuses, renovations, and new construction projects, helping bring in new residents and sparking what will become wave of new development in the area.

The structure was formerly occupied by the Blasius Chocolate Factory. A completion date is not known for the project.
