A site visit by Philly YIMBY has revealed that construction is underway at a two-family structure at 1626 North Sydenham Street in Cecil B. Moore, North Philadelphia. The building rises from a lot on the west side of the block between West Oxford Street and Cecil B. Moore Avenue. Philadelphia Housing Authority is the listed owner.

The development, which replaces a dirt lot, sits within a four-minute walk of the Cecil B. Moore station of the SEPTA Broad Street Line. The 3 bus stops at the corner of Cecil B. Moore Avenue and North 15th Street, on the northeast corner of the block to the west of the property. Temple University sits two blocks to the west and one block to the north of the property.
