JTran Expediting is responsible for the designs. Permits list Olympia Construction LLC as the contractor and specify a construction cost of $720,765.

The project site constitutes a parcel spanning an area of 1,844 square feet. The development will yield 4,290 square feet. The new multi-family residential building will be three stories high, containing four units, a basement, and a pilot house. The second and the third floor will feature side balconies, bay windows, and a roof deck. Open landscaped space measuring an area of 462 square feet is also proposed on the site.
The building will rise to a height of 37 feet. The new construction will also feature a roof deck, roof access structure, and a pilot house. Renderings reveal a façade designed in brick façade and vinyl sidings. The total cost of construction is estimated at $315,000.
The area is serviced by transit lines such as routes number 30, 31, 38, and 43. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
