A recent site visit by Philly YIMBY has observed that construction is nearly topped out at The Keystone, a seven-story, 220-unit residential project underway at 417 Callowhill Street in Northern Liberties, Lower North Philadelphia. Designed by Bernardon, the building will be situated just to the north of Old City and will offer apartments ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments, 29,980 square feet of amenities, and an expansive roof deck, and 71 parking spaces.
Also known as417-25 Callowhill Street, the building rises at the northeast corner of Callowhill and North 5th streets, just across from the elevated ramps of the I-95/I-676 interchange. The project is one of a number of developments that are bringing a much-needed, long-overdue transformation to the sprawling, forlorn commercial and industrial district that spans most of southern Northern Liberties (aka Cohoqinoque). In the coming years, the area promises to become a dense, vibrant district with active pedestrian life and ample ground-level retail.

What a place for people to live in! And nice views of the city.
Agreed. This neighborhood is changing so fast. I only wish that the majority of these developments had underground parking and not above.
As someone said to m “blank buildings for blank people”
What makes it a blank building?
