Civetta Property Group is listed as the project owner. Permits list Spruce Builders LLC as the contractor. The Ramtin Group, Moto Design Shop, and Ruggiero Plante Land Design are on the project design team.

The scope of work includes the construction of five three-story attached single-family dwellings. The building will be used as a workforce housing project that will yield a total built-up area spanning 1,400 square feet. The project will have utility connections, site grading, stormwater drainage, and rear yard patios. No basements not roof access has been proposed. The building heights are proposed to rise to 35 feet.
Separate permits are required for the commercial space, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression work. The site is located near various industrial stops, grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. No estimated construction timeline has been announced yet.
