I just love all of the meters on the face of the building….
Google Maps aerial view shows 1703, 1705, and 1707 Point Breeze Ave. already complete. Street view confirms that the three residences were finished by April 2025.
Street photos from July 4, 2026 show all three houses to be incomplete and unoccupied, with STOP orders posted in the window of 1703 and on the front door of 1707.
A zoning permit was approved in August 2020. By 2024, I think the associated building permit (issued June 30, 2021) had expired. Colin LeStourgeon’s July 2, 2021 article was about the August 2020 zoning permit and the June 2021 building permit. This October 16, 2026 article is about new permits for completion of the same house.
Thank you for the clarification Paul.
