  1. The photos show a portion of the 141-43 N. 4th St. project. Yesterday YIMBY reported:

“A recent site visit by Philadelphia YIMBY has documented progress at an adaptive reuse development at 141-43 North 4th Street in Old City. Designed by Designblendz, the project spans a through-block site that stretches from North 4th to North Orianna streets. The work involves renovation of a historic four-story, 18,160-square-foot building on 4th Street and construction of a six-story, 19,406-square-foot extension at Orianna Street.”

Today’s photos display “construction of [the] six-story, 19,406-square-foot extension at Orianna Street”.

  2. Give me more renovations, extentions and expansions. Can something be done with that parking lot as well though? Idk if zoning permits 10 stories, but maybe a nice 5-10 story apartment building with commercial space on ground floor and no parking? What I do know, is that it’s bound to get leased up quick, considering the area.

  3. Still on vacation at New Orleans?
