A flat roof with a parapet will cap the building.

With zoning and construction approvals now in place, the project at 3026 Titan Street will contribute new residential use to a previously undeveloped parcel within South Philadelphia’s established rowhouse fabric.

  1. Across Titan St., Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia plans a seven story, 1,000 spot concrete parking garage. Shuttle buses running night and day will transport employees and staff to the medical center on the west side of the Schuylkill River.

    Prospective purchasers should be apprised of the monstrosity (and attendent noise and air pollution) coming their way.
