The building height is listed at 38 feet, with a 36-inch guard rail and an 8-foot-6-inch-high pilot house above the roof deck. The zoning permit authorizes new construction with one accessory surface parking space located at the rear of the parcel.

Architectural drawings depict a vertically organized three-story form with brick and vinyl siding materials noted on the elevations. The front elevation shows a recessed basement egress well, while the rear elevation includes a full-lite patio door and access to the accessory parking space.
