Permits have been filed for the demolition of a two-story single-family dwelling at 141 Lindenwood Street in Haddington, West Philadelphia. The building is located between Arch Street and Race Street and will be demolished as part of the City of Philadelphia Demolition Program, with a cost of work of $12,820. The property is owned by Roland E. Shelton Sr. The contractor listed for the work is RDS Contracting Group Inc.
The building features a deep porch, a brown brick-clad façade, and an ornate cornice. The 52nd Street station of the Market-Frankford SEPTA line is located two long blocks to the south. The 52 bus stops two short blocks to the east and the 30 bus stops a short block to the west and a long block to the north.
