The property is owned by the Philadelphia Housing Authority. The contractor listed for the work is Pedro Palmer Construction Inc.
The building’s lower two floors are clad in red brick on the Redner Street façade, with the third floor covered in gray siding styled as a mansard roof.
The 3 bus stops three short blocks north on Cecil B. Moore Avenue. Temple University sits within a 25-minute walk to the east.
