Full demolition permits have been filed at 1712 Christian Street in the Graduate Hospital neighborhood of South Philadelphia. The building that currently occupies the site is a three-story residential structure flanked by low-rise buildings. Liguori Arnold R is listed as the owner.
The plans call for a full demolition on the building that stands between two other three-story buildings. The document also states that the soon to be demolished property will be a vacant lot, with the possibility of a development to rise on the property in the future.
No demolition nor completion dates have yet been announced.
