The drawing labels the roof at 31 feet and the parapet at 32 feet six inches, while the building-height note lists 31 feet seven inches. The structure will be fully sprinklered in accordance with NFPA 13R, and separate permits are required for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression work.
With zoning and building permits now issued, the project may proceed as a five-unit attached residential building under the approved plans.
