Permits have been issued for the construction of a three-story, three-unit residential building at 2313 Green Street in Fairmount, North Philadelphia. The approved permit calls for a 2,357-square-foot structure to be built at the rear of a lot that already contains an existing building with six dwelling units. The zoning permit also approves the removal of an existing one-story garage on the lot. HYBAR Construction LLC is listed as contractor. LO Design Company LLC is responsible for the designs.

The building permit lists a total construction cost of $275,000, with the full amount allocated to general construction.

The additional use details specify three dwelling units in the new building, six dwelling units in the existing front building, and multiple principal buildings on a single lot. The zoning code analysis places the property in the RM-1 zoning district and lists a 6,519-square-foot lot.
