The building permit lists a total construction cost of $275,000, with the full amount allocated to general construction.

The zoning permit approves an attached three-story structure at the rear of the property. The permit lists the approved use as residential household living, multifamily. The additional use details specify three dwelling units in the new building, six dwelling units in the existing front building, and multiple principal buildings on a single lot. The lot analysis table shows the proposed rear structure as an attached building with a 25-foot width, 1,021.35 square feet of building area, a 15-foot-three-inch rear yard depth, 381 square feet of rear yard area, and a proposed height of 30 feet. The same table shows the existing front structure with six residential units and the proposed rear building with three residential units, for a total of nine units on the lot.

The existing site plan identifies the one-story garage to be demolished.

The section drawing shows the three-story structure with a skylight, guardwall, interior stair, and rear yard condition. With zoning and building permits now issued, the project may proceed as a new three-unit rear building on a lot already containing six approved dwelling units.
