The additional use details specify three dwelling units in the new building, six dwelling units in the existing front building, and multiple principal buildings on a single lot. The existing site plan identifies the one-story garage to be demolished.

The north elevation shows a three-story rear building with a brick façade, varied window openings, a planter box, and an alley opening at the ground level. The section drawing shows the three-story structure with a skylight, guardwall, interior stair, and rear yard condition. With zoning and building permits now issued, the project may proceed as a new three-unit rear building on a lot already containing six approved dwelling units.
