Permits have been issued for the construction of a 27-unit residential building at 203 Leverington Avenue in Northwest Philadelphia’s Manayunk neighborhood. The permit calls for a four-story, 31,835-square-foot structure that features parking for 32 cars and nine bicycles, as well as a roof deck. 201 Leverington Avenue BSP LP is the listed owner and Studio C Architecture is the designer.

The building permit lists a total construction cost of $5.6 million, which includes $5.45 million for general construction and $150,000 for excavation.

The proposal consists of a semi-detached structure with Group R-2 residential use.
