Permits list the owner as Matriarch 090713 LLC, with KCA Design Associates as the architect and Real Estate For Humanity LLC as the contractor.
Construction costs are listed at $500,000, which includes $425,000 for general construction and $75,000 for excavation.

The permit lists 1,113 square feet of earth disturbance. The approved work includes underpinning, and the building is required to be fully sprinklered in accordance with NFPA 13R. Separate permits are required for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression work. The permit notes that excavation below five feet is included.
The zoning plan identifies the site as RM-1 and shows a 1,485-square-foot lot with 1,114 square feet of occupied area, equal to 75 percent coverage, and 371 square feet of open area, or 25 percent of the total. The building will rise 34 feet to the main roof and will feature a 19-and-a-half-foot-deep rear yard.

Zoning drawings show a narrow attached building with a cellar, a raised front entrance, and a rear balcony. The front elevation includes a stair up to the entry, a cellar-level opening, vertically aligned windows, and a facade organized around a central window bay with contrasting vertical portions. A rear elevation shows horizontal siding, stacked openings, exterior railings, and doors opening toward the rear balcony areas.
